Jen Settle is a Consecrated Virgin in the Diocese of Orlando. Since 2008, she has served as the Director of Programs for the Theology of the Body Institute in Aston, Pennsylvania.  She has Bachelor and Master degrees in Theology and Parish Ministry from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa. She completed the Spiritual Direction Certificate Program with Divine Mercy University and has served as a spiritual director for the last several years. 

She is the co-author of the book, Consecration to Jesus through Saint Joseph: An Integrated Look at the Holy Family and a contributor to the book, Undone: Freeing the Feminine Heart from the Knots of Fear and Shame.
